Dashboard & Analytics

What does the Health dashboard show?

The Health dashboard monitors actor failure rates, success trends, and deprecation signals across your fleet. It is powered by two actors: the Health Monitor ($0.25 per check) and the Deprecation Monitor ($0.25 per scan). The Health Monitor checks every actor in your account and reports: overall fleet health as a percentage, per-actor success rates with color-coded status (healthy above 99%, warning 90-99%, critical below 90%), failed run counts with trend indicators, and specific recommendations for actors with issues. The Deprecation Monitor scans for actors approaching maintenance flags — stale builds, declining success rates, schema violations — and warns you before Apify's automated system flags them. Actors are sorted by failure rate so the most critical issues appear first. Each actor row shows a success rate bar, failed/total run counts, status badge, trend indicator, and actionable recommendations. This view replaces manually checking 50+ actors in the Apify Console one at a time. Run a health check whenever you suspect issues, or schedule weekly checks to catch problems before they trigger maintenance flags. For debugging specific failures, see the related questions about what happens when an actor fails and how to debug failed runs.
