1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApifyForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ApifyForge provides:

• A fleet management dashboard for monitoring and managing Apify actors
• Cloud-hosted automation actors published on the Apify Store
• Developer tools including schema validation, test runners, and MCP debugging
• Campaign management tools for digital advertising platforms
• Content, comparisons, and educational resources for the Apify ecosystem

ApifyForge is operated by Ryan Clinton, trading as ApifyForge, registered at 56 Greenville Avenue, BT53 7BJ, United Kingdom. ApifyForge is not affiliated with Apify Technologies s.r.o.

3. Account and Authentication

Access to dashboard features requires authentication via GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Use automation to access the platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
• Use cloud-hosted actors to collect personal data without a lawful basis under applicable data protection law

5. Cloud-Hosted Actors (Pay-Per-Event)

Certain actors published by ApifyForge on the Apify Store operate on a pay-per-event (PPE) pricing model. By running these actors:

• You agree to pay the listed per-event price for each chargeable event
• Charges are processed through the Apify platform billing system
• Prices may change with 14 days' notice as required by Apify's platform policies
• Refunds for actor runs are handled through Apify's standard refund process

6. Third-Party Services

ApifyForge integrates with third-party services including Apify, Google, GitHub, and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. ApifyForge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Google Ads API Disclosure

Certain actors within the ApifyForge Ads Manager suite use the Google Ads API. By using these actors, you acknowledge that:

• You must connect your own Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0
• All API operations are performed on behalf of your authenticated account
• ApifyForge does not store Google Ads campaign or reporting data beyond the active session
• Your use of Google Ads data is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on ApifyForge is owned by ApifyForge unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Actor output data generated from your own inputs belongs to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ApifyForge is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Actor output data is provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApifyForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ApifyForge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
