What does the Failures dashboard show?

The Failures dashboard tracks which actors gained new failures since your last check. It is powered by the Failure Tracker actor ($0.10 per report). Unlike the Health dashboard which shows 30-day aggregate success rates, the Failures dashboard answers a specific question: what broke since yesterday? It works by taking snapshots of every actor's public run statistics (which include all users' runs, not just yours) and comparing them between runs. The first run creates a baseline. Every run after that shows the delta — exactly which actors gained new FAILED, ABORTED, or TIMED-OUT runs. This solves a real problem: the Apify Console shows a daily bar chart with total failures, but it does not tell you which actors failed. The Apify API does not expose individual runs by other users on your actors. The Failure Tracker works around this limitation by diffing the 30-day aggregate stats, which do include all users. The dashboard shows four key metrics: new failures since last snapshot, actors affected, new runs since last snapshot, and healthy actors with zero new failures. Below that, each affected actor is listed with color-coded badges showing how many failures, aborts, and timeouts it gained, plus its 30-day success rate for context. For best results, run the Failure Tracker daily. You can also configure a webhook URL in the input to receive Slack or Discord alerts when failures are detected.
